  • 3 Medium Tomatoes, Minced
  • 1 Tomato, Chopped
  • 1 Cup Orzo Pasta, cooked and drained
  • 2 Pounds Rotisserie Chicken, shredded *see note
  • ½ Bunch Parsley, minced
  • ¾ Cup Minced Basil Leaves, Fresh
  • ½ Lemon, Juiced
  • ½ Cup Parmesan Cheese
  • Bread for serving
