Tater Tot Casserole

Ingredients
  • 1 ½ lbs. ground beef
  • ½ c. diced onion
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can green beans
  • ½ soup can milk
  • Garlic salt
  • Salt and pepper
  • 1 bag tater tots
  • 1 cup grated cheddar cheese or more
Steps
  1. Use a big skillet and brown the ground beef with diced onion.  Drain and return to skillet. Stir in soup, beans, and milk. Add garlic salt, salt and pepper to taste. Heat on stove until bubbly.
  2. Lightly grease or spray a 9 x 13 baking dish or 2 qt. casserole.  Pour meat mixture into baking dish and cover with tater tots.
  3. Cover and bake about 45 minutes at 350° until hot and meat mixture is bubbling.  Remove cover and sprinkle with cheese.  Return to oven a few minutes until cheese is melted.
