Make Chicken Potatoes and Onions This Way for a Delicious Meal
Ingredients
  • 2 Tbs vegetable oil
  • 2lb. Chicken thighs, skinless and boneless, cut into bite size
  • ½ Tsp Cumin seeds
  • ½ Tsp Fennel sedds
  • ¼ Tsp Thyme, dry
  • ½ Tsp Paprika
  • Pinch red pepper flakes ( optional )
  • 1 Yellow onion, ,peeled and sliced medium size
  • 3 Yukon gold, peeled and cut into small bite size cubes
  • 1 Tbs Garlic, chopped
  • ¼ C Cilantro, chopped for cooking and garnishing
