1 10 ounce frozen box of spinach (thaw and drain well)

1 16 ounce container of sour cream

1 cup of mayonnaise

1 package of Knorr Vegetable Recipe Dip Mix *see post for description

3 green onions sliced thin

1 small can of water chestnuts chopped finely

1 tablespoon of pickle juice

½ tablespoon of buttermilk powder (optional)

1 teaspoon of lemon pepper

¼ cup of VERY finely diced carrots (optional)

1 whole cucumber sliced up for dipping
