Giant Mussels in Garlic Lemon-Butter Sauce

  • 1 box New Zealan giant green shell mussels (I bought it from S & R or you may use fresh mussels from the market)
  • 1 bar of butter or butter compound
  • 1 head of garlic
  • 150 ml all-purpose cream (or any cooking cream)
  • milk (optional)
  • juice of 2 lemons
  • salt
  • ground black pepper
