Pan Seared T-Bone Steak
Ingredients
  • 1.5 lb Angus T-Bone steak
  • Salt
  • Papper
  • Pat of Butter
  • Rosemary sprigs
  • Oil with a high snoke point
Steps
  1. Take steak out 30 minutes before cooking.
  2. Preheat oven to 450 degrees.
  3. Heat oil in a cast iton skillet until it smokes.
  4. Put steak in skillet. Turn heat down.
  5. Sear for 2.5 minutes on each side.
  6. Put in oven for 5 min or until steak reaches 125 degrees internally.
  7. Let steak sit for 8 minutes.
