  • ½ pound mix variety of mushrooms, sliced about a quarter inch or more thick
  • 2 teaspoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 2 medium cloves garlic, finely minced (about 1 teaspoon)
  • Steamed white rice, for serving
