  • ¼ cup sunflower seeds or pepitas or additional chopped nuts
  • ¼ cup unsweetened coconut flakes
  • ½ cup honey
  • ⅓ cup creamy peanut butter
  • 2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract
  • ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • ¼ teaspoon kosher salt
  • ⅓ cup mini chocolate chips or dried fruit or nuts
