Teriyaki Pepper Steak

Ingredients
- 2 pounds steak (feel free to use a cheap cut, it’ll get tender as it cooks)
- 2 onions
- 2 green peppers
- 2 red peppers
- 2 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 ¾ c beef stock
- ⅔ c soy sauce
- 2 tsp ground ginger
- 3 tbsp and 2 tsp chopped garlic
- 1 tsp black pepper
Steps
- Slice steak, onions and peppers into strips
- Mix beef stock, soy sauce, ginger, 3 tbsp garlic and black pepper in a bowl
- Set IP to sauté and Add sesame oil
- Sauté steak, onions and peppers and 2 tsp of garlic for 2 minutes.
- Turn off IP
- Pour in liquid
- Close IP lid and set to manual for 25 minutes.
- Quick release
- Serve over rice.
- Note: you can thicken sauce with corn starch if desired. I didn’t have any on hand tonight and it was quite good without it.

- It was a big hit with my husband! Considering this is what he orders when we get Chinese I think that makes it a keeper here! Enjoy!
