Crispy Oatmeal Cookies
Ingredients
  • I doubled the recipe
  • 1¼ cups (160g) Oat flour, I used all purpose flour
  • ¾ cup (70g) Quick/Rolled oats
  • 1 teaspoon Baking powder
  • ¼ teaspoon Salt
  • ⅓ cup (72g) Coconut oil, melted when I doubled I did ⅓ coconut oil, plus ⅓ melted margarine
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • ⅓ cup (67g) Sugar, try more so they get crispier. I would try ⅔ per recipe.
  • 3 tablespoon Milk of choice
  • 1 egg for a doubled recipe.
  • ½ cup raisins
