One Pot Stove Top Macaroni and Cheese
Ingredients
  • 8 oz elbow macaroni (About 2 cups dry.)
  • 1 Tbsp Kosher salt (For the pasta water, NOT the sauce!)
  • ¼ cup buttermilk
  • ¼ cup milk (Plus a little more if you need to adjust consistency)
  • 4 oz Velveeta Cubed into 1 inch pieces
  • 4 oz Colby-Jack cheese Grated (about 1 cup)
  • ½ tsp onion powder
  • ⅛ tsp white pepper
  • ⅛ tsp Kosher salt (If needed.)
