Hoisin & Vietnamese Spring Roll Dipping Sauces

  • ½ cup hoisin sauce
  • 4 teaspoons sugar
  • 4 teaspoons water
  • 4 teaspoons lime juice - - freshly squeezed
  • 1 Tablespoon chopped peanuts - - for garnish
