Instant Pot Blueberry Muffin Bites
Ingredients
  • Martha White’s Blueberry Muffin Mix (7 oz.)
  • ½ cup milk
  • ½ cup fresh blueberries
Steps
  1. Put 1 cup water in the pot of IP, add in trivet, spray non-stick spray on silicone molds, evenly divide mixture in at least ½ full, please don’t overfill, no need to cover the mold, place it on top of trivet.
  2. Close the lid, turn valve to sealing, Manual or Pressure setting on high for 13 minutes, NPR 5 minutes. Turn valve to Venting. After the pin dropped, open the lid.
  3. Remove silicone mold from IP, let it cool for 5 minutes. Transfer Blueberry Bites on a plate
