Nanu’s Lasagna
Circa 1974
Ingredients
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • ½ Tsp salt
  • Dash pepper
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1 tbsp flour
  • 16 ounces tomato sauce
  • 8 oz lasagna pasta
  • 3 green onions, chopped fine
  • 3 oz cream cheese
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • ½ Cup shredded cheddar cheese
Steps
  1. Brown meat slightly, in butter. Drain juices. Add flour, seasoning and tomato sauce. Cook covered 15 to 20 minutes.
  2. Cook pasta.
  3. Mix onions, sour cream and cream cheese.
  4. In shallow baking dish, place layer of pasta, then half meat mixture. Spread cheese and onion mixture, remaining pasta, and then remaining meat mixture. Sprinkle cheddar cheese on top.
  5. Bake at 350F for 30 minutes.
