CHOCOLATE AND CARROT WEETABIX CAKE
Ingredients
  • Day 4 breakfast which was chocolate carrot cake Weetabix with sweet freedom syrup 0.5 syn per teaspoon & don’t forget to syn your yogurt if not using plain   I had a tablespoon of Jimjams chocolate spread 3.5 syns but so worth it
  •  
  • To make you will need
  • 1 ovenproof Pyrex bowl
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 chocolate weetabix
  • 1 Aldi brooklea Vanilla or plain yougurt or muller light vanilla & chocolate sprinkles yogurt like 1 teaspoon sweet freedom syrup      0.5 syns
  • 3 teaspoons of mixed spice for cakes
  • 2 average size carrots grated finely
  • Dusting of sweetener
Steps
  1. 1/ mix your 2 eggs in your Pyrex bowl add the sweet freedom syrup
  2. 2/Blitz your weetabix in a food processor until like dust and add it into your Pyrex bowl.
  3. 3/ add your yogurt
  4. 4/add your mix spice
  5. 5/ mix it all in well
  6. 6/ Add your finely grated carrot and mix well.
  7. 7/Bake for 30 mins on 200
  8. 8/ remove from oven and go carefully around the edges pushing under at the same time to loosen it.
  9. 9/ Tip your Baked weetabix into your breakfast bowl and add your sweet freedom syrup and spread over the top and then a dusting of sweetener and enjoy
