Creamy Sundried Tomato Pasta
Ingredients
  • 500g pasta
  • 130g cashews
  • 1 cup pasta water
  • 2 tbsp miso paste
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • Juice of half a lemon
  • 80g nutritional yeast
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 8 sun-dried tomato halves (plus one more for garnishing)
  • 4 tbsp unflavoured vegan protein powder
  • ½ tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp mustard
  • Addons like mushrooms or peas
  • Black pepper to taste
