Speedy Mince and Haloumi One-Pot
Ingredients
  • 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 500g lean beef mince
  • 1 leek, white part only, sliced
  • 3 garlic cloves, crushed
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 350g jar roasted vegetables stir-through pasta sauce
  • 400g can cherry tomatoes in juice
  • 100g baby spinach
  • 225g packet haloumi cheese, cut into 1cm-thick slices
  • ½ cup grated Devondale Mozzarella Cheese Block (500g)
  • Fresh basil leaves, to serve
  • Crusty bread, to serve
