  • 100ml natural yoghurt
  • 1 tsp turmeric powder
  • 2 tsp ground coriander
  • 1 tsp chilli powder
  • 1 tsp garam masala
  • 4 medium potatoes, peeled and halved
  • handful of fresh coriander, roughly chopped
