Honey-Garlic Chicken Stir-Fry
Ingredients

  • 2 cloves garlic, thinly sliced
  • 1 ½ pounds boneless, skinless chicken breast, cut crosswise into 1-inch strips
  • Kosher salt
  • 1 medium broccoli crown, cut into small florets
  • 1 medium red bell pepper, cored, seeded, and cut into ½-inch-wide strips
  • 2 medium zucchini or summer squash (about 8 ounces total), sliced into ½-inch-thick half moons
  • Cooked rice or noodles, for serving
  • 2 medium scallions, thinly sliced
