  • 2 tablespoons dijon mustard

  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper

  • 2 cups chopped pecans
  • ⅓ cup brown sugar
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • ¼ to ½ teaspoon cayenne
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • ¾ tsp salt
