Air fryer lumpia
Ingredients
  • 1 lb ground pork
  • Sesame oil
  • 1 tsp crushed garlic
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 cup cabbage
  • 2 shredded carrots
  • 1 can water chestnuts
  • Soy sauce
  • Lumpia wrappers
Steps
  1. 1. Cook ground pork in sesame oil
  2. 2. Add crushed garlic, onion powder, cabbage, carrots and water chestnuts
  3. 3. Cook until cabbage is tender
  4. 4. Add soy sauce to taste
  5. 5. Roll lumpia and spray with oil
  6. 6. Air fry at 390 for about 12 minutes, shaking a few times
