  • 400g beef thinly sliced - preferably skirt steak

  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 2 tbsp minced ginger
  • 2 spring onions
  • ½ carrot
  • ½ zucchini
  • 1 cup bean sprouts
  • 1 cup asian greens of choice - choy sum, bok choy or Chinese broccoli, can use spinach
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tsp white Organic Hulled Sesame Seeds
  • 2 tbsp Organic Sesame Oil - Extra Virgin
  • 1 tsp rice vinegar
  • ½ cup Biodynamic Rain-Fed Brown Rice
  • 1 tsp gochujang - Korean fermented red chilli condiment
