Chinese Chicken Dish
Ingredients

  • 1 pound cremini mushrooms, sliced into ½-inch-thick slices
  • 1 ½ teaspoons chopped garlic (from about 3 cloves)
  • 1 teaspoon oyster sauce
  • 2 cups low-sodium chicken broth
  • ½ teaspoon sugar
  • 2 cups hot cooked white rice, for serving
