Harry Potter's Butterbeer

1 black beer type Ale 33 cl. (I have also tried it with lagers and we liked it very much) (sub with non alcoholic porter, stout or ale)

35 g dark muscovado sugar (sub with this mix: 1 cup white sugar + 1 to 2 tbsp molassess to taste -- reduce amount since you will be adding butterscotch as well)

45 g unsalted butter at room temperature (sun with vegan cultured butter)

2 egg large yolks (sub with whipping cream ? can use aquafaba for foam)

½ teaspoon cinnamon powder

¼ teaspoon ginger powder

⅛ teaspoon ground cloves

pinch of nutmeg

⅛ teaspoon of Butterscotch extract (sub with homemade butterscotch sauce) (optional, but recommended)
