90 Second Keto Bread

Ingredients

  • 1 large egg
  • 1 Tbsp. Milk
  • 1 Tbsp oil
  • 1Tbsp. coconut flour
  • 1 Tbsp. almond flour
  • ¼ tsp. Baking powder
  • 1 Tbsp. Minced chives
  •  
  • Whisk all ingredients in a bowl.  Pour into a microwave safe mug.  Microwave high for 90seconds.  Remove from mug.  Cut into ½ inch thick slices.  Put into hot pan with 1 teaspoon of olive oil.  Toast each side for 30seconds.

  • Update:  I just made it and I’m keeping the recipe.  Next time I’ll play with the recipe and add roasted garlic.  It feels like bread and it’s so easy to make.  I put butter on it.  Its good to take to work as part of my lunch.  It would make a good grilled cheese sandwich.
