Crockpot Shrimp & Grits Recipe (Easy!)
Ingredients
  • 6 Cups Chicken Broth
  • 1 ½ Cups Quick Cooking Grits
  • 2 Tablespoons Melted Butter
  • 1 Tablespoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 Tablespoon Onion Powder
  • 1 Teaspoon Dried Thyme
  • Crushed Red Pepper Flakes (optional; to taste)
  • Salt and Pepper
  • 1 Cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • 4 Ounces Cream Cheese
  • ½ Cup Grated Parmesan
  • 1 lb. Shrimp (I used frozen)
  • 1 lb. Andouille Sausage
  • 1 Bell Pepper; chopped
  • ½ cup Half and Half
  • ½ cup Milk
