Rustic Rosemary Garlic Bread
Ingredients
  • 2 cups warm tap water, about 110 degrees
  • ¼ cup olive oil
  • 2 ½ teaspoons active dry yeast
  • 5 to 6 cups (660 grams - 840 grams) all-purpose flour
  • 6 cloves garlic, minced
  • ⅓ cup fresh rosemary, chopped
  • 4 teaspoons salt
  • ¼ cup flour for dusting the loaves
  • Cornmeal for the pans
  • 2 small cookie sheets or a large (at least 11×17-inch) jelly roll pan
