Ingredients

  • 2 rice cooker cup, short grain rice
  • 1.5 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 to 2 tsp salt (to taste)
  • 2 small cucumbers, sliced vertically
  • 1 small carrot (70g)
  • 1 recipe braised burdock root
  • ¼ pack of yellow pickled radish, sliced vertically (80g)
  • subheading: Tofu:
  • ½ package firm tofu (200g)
  • 1 tbsp corn starch
  • subheading: Spinach:
  • ½ container of spinach ( 5 oz)
  • 1 garlic clove, finely minced
  • ½ tsp sesame oil
