Ingredients

  • 1 scoop ( 30 g) vanilla whey protein isolate see variations
  • 2 large eggs optional
  • 1 cup ice cubes or see below for options
  • 1 to 2 tablespoons powdered sweetener (optional) if not using flavoured WPI
  • 5 raspberries or your choice of fruit or flavour
