Ingredients
  • 1 slice seeded sourdough bread, toasted
  • 20 gr gorgonzola picante
  • 1 tbsp chili jam
  • ¼ Cup arugula
  • 2 small fresh figs, sliced in half
  • Honey to taste
  • Parmigiano Reggiano shaves to taste
Steps
  1. Spread toasted bread with gorgonzola. Top with chili jam, then arugula, then figs. Drizzle over some honey and scatter with Parmigiano shaves.
Notes
  • You can also add a thin slice of prosciutto di Parma
