  • 8 oz (1 tub) mascarpone cold
  • 120 grams (1 cup) powdered sugar
  • 1 Tbsp vanilla bean paste or vanilla beans from 1 pod or extract
  • 320 mL (12oz/1 ½ cups) heavy whipping cream cold
  • 120 mL (4oz/½ cup) espresso (cooled) 2 double shots *optional as a flavor
  • dusting of cocoa powder
