- ½ cup coconut aminos or ¼ cup low sodium soy sauce or tamari
- 1 cup chicken broth
- ¼ cup granulated sweetener ( Allulose , Bochasweet , or xylitol work best)
- 2 ounces salted butter (if using soy or tamari, use unsalted butter)
- ¼ teaspoon salt (omit if using soy or tamari)
- 2 lbs chicken breast, cut into pieces about 2 inches long
- 2 tablespoons bacon fat or ghee
- 1 teaspoon chili garlic sauce or ⅛ teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
- 1 tablespoon toasted sesame seeds
- 1 tablespoons toasted sesame oil
- Green onion for garnish (optional)
