Ingredients
  • ¼ cup sugar-free rice wine vinegar ( sugar-free rice vinegar )
  • ¼ cup orange juice (about 1 medium orange)
  • Zest from 1 orange (about 1 tablespoon)
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 2 cloves garlic, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons fresh, minced ginger
  • ½ cup coconut aminos or ¼ cup low sodium soy sauce or tamari
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • ¼ cup granulated sweetener ( Allulose , Bochasweet , or xylitol work best)
  • 2 ounces salted butter (if using soy or tamari, use unsalted butter)
  • ¼ teaspoon salt (omit if using soy or tamari)
  • 2 lbs chicken breast, cut into pieces about 2 inches long
  • 2 tablespoons bacon fat or ghee
  • 1 teaspoon chili garlic sauce or ⅛ teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
  • 1 tablespoon toasted sesame seeds
  • 1 tablespoons toasted sesame oil
  • Green onion for garnish (optional)
