Ingredients
  • 1 tablespoon of coconut oil
  • ½ an avocado
  • 1 teaspoon of chia seeds
  • ½ of a frozen banana
  • 1 big handful of fresh spinach (or ½ cup of frozen spinach)
  • 1 cup of frozen pineapple
  • Juice of 1 lime or (you can also use the organic lime juice that comes in the glass jar)
  • Zest of 1 lime
  • 2 cups of coconut water (if you like yours to be a thicker consistency, only add ½ to 1 cup)
  • 1 scoop of Genuine Health Fermented Vegan Proteins+ (Either the unflavoured or coconut!!)
