Ingredients
  • Patricia Pierce my first time! Batter is half can beer, ¾ cup flour, 2 tbs corn starch, salt, pepper, dash oil, 1 egg....if too thin add a little more flour. Roast poblanos first to soften. You can remove skins if you want. Stuff with cheese. I used a mixture of cojita, queso fresco, goat cheese, mozzarella. Dip and fry in plenty oil. They brown quick. Put on top of salsa and top with lime crema. I used sour cream, zest of lime, juice of lime, garlic clove minced, salt.
