  • ⅔ cup Lakanto Golden or Classic Monkfruit Sweetener
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 1 cup organic Greek yogurt (can sub coconut cream)
  • 1 to 2 T organic, unsweetened almond milk (if needed)
