This was ok, I skipped the noodles (because I forgot to buy them) and bulked it out with heaps of broccoli. The filling on its own was really good, I could easily see it being great with the noodles but with all the broccoli it was a bit bland. Great idea, might need a bit more tweaking.
Ingredients
  • 2 lbs ground chicken or ground pork
  • 1 red onion diced
  • 5 green onions, white and green pets sliced
  • 4 cloves of garlic, minced
  • Veggie oil and sesame oil
  • 12 lasagna noodle broken into smaller pieces
  • Sugar snap peas sliced into bite sized pieces
  • 1 can of water chestnuts, diced up
  • ½ cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons sriracha
  • ¼ cup brown sugar
  • 2 teaspoons ground ginger
  • Salt & Pepper to taste
  • Chili flakes to taste
  • Optional toppings sesame seeds, peanuts, green onions and General Tso’s sauce from a jar
