Baked Berry Protein Oats with Kroger Vanilla Protein Powder
Ingredients
  • 2 ½ C regular rolled oats (750 cal, 25g protein)
  • 3 scoops (63 grams) Kroger Simple Truth Vanilla flavor protein powder (240 cal, 54g protein)
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • 1 Premier Protein Vanilla ready to drink shake (160 cal, 30g protein)
  • approx ¾ C cashew milk (19 cal)
  • 2 eggs (140 cal, 12g protein)
  • ¼ C coconut oil, melted
  • 3 C frozen berries (I used a mix of blackberries, blueberries, and raspberries) (210 cal, 6g protein)
