2 cans of Trader Joe’s turkey chili with beans

1 can fire roasted tomatoes

1 can of corn

1 bag of Trader Joe’s organic corn dippers (or Fritos!)

1 to 2 cups of the cheese of your choice (I used mainly cheddar and a little pepper jack)

Optional toppings: sour cream, green onion, avocado
