  • ½ cup unsalted butter
  • ¾ cup dark brown sugar, packed
  • ¼ teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • ⅓ cup heavy cream
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • 1 and ½ cups pecan halves
  • ½ cup pecans, roughly chopped
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
