1 Cup Oatmeal and 1 Carrot! No White Sugar and No Flour! Oatmeal Carrot Cake in 5 Minutes
Ingredients

  • Rinse 3.5 oz (100 g) dried cranberries in hot water.

  • ⅓ cup (80 ml) vegetable oil. A few drops of vanilla.
  • A pinch of salt. 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon.
  • 1 cup (150 g) coconut sugar or any other sweetener.
  • 1 cup (100 g) walnuts.
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder.
  • Bake in preheated oven at 360F/180C for approximately 40 to 45 minutes.
  • 2 tablespoons mascarpone or cream cheese.
  • ⅓ teaspoon ground cinnamon. 1 tablespoon honey.
