Sweet Potato Brownies {Extra Fudgy and Healthy!}
Ingredients
  • 2 cups cooked sweet potatoes
  • 2 tablespoons melted coconut oil
  • ¾ cup pure maple syrup
  • 1 ½ teaspoons pure vanilla extract
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 cup white whole wheat flour
  • ⅓ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 ½ teaspoons cinnamon
  • ½ teaspoon ground nutmeg
  •  
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder I recommend aluminum free
  • ¼ teaspoon kosher salt
  • ½ cup semi-sweet chocolate chips or chopped dark chocolate
