Judy's Pasta Salad
Ingredients
  • 24 oz skinner brand vermicelli
  • 3 TBS Lawrey's seasoning salt
  • 3 TBS Lemon Juice
  • 1 TBS Natures seasoning
  • 1 small bell pepper chopped small
  • 2 to 3 stalks of celery chopped small
  • 1 bunch of green onions chopped
  • 1 small can of chopped black olives (I use the sliced ones and chop those)
  • 1 jar of pimentos chopped
  • 1 ¼ C Kraft Mayo
Steps
  1. Cook vermicelli as directed on package.
  2. While noodles cook mix together, Lawrey's seasoning salt, Lemon Juice and Natures seasoning, you may need to add salt after it is all done.
  3. Once noodles are done rinse with water and pour mixture listed above over noodles and stir.
  4. Store overnight in refrigerator stirring occasionally.
  5. The next day add, the bell pepper, celery, green onions, black olives, pimentos and Kraft Mayo.
  6. Mix together.
