  • ½ teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
  • 9 whole wheat lasagna noodles- uncooked
  • 2 cups low-fat (1%) cottage cheese
  • 1 egg white
  • ½ cup Parmesan cheese
  • 1 (10 ounce) package frozen spinach- thawed, squeezed dry & chopped**
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ¾ cup shredded reduced-fat sharp cheddar cheese
