Easy Shrimp Lo Mein (30-Minute Recipe)
Ingredients
  • 8 ounces lo mein noodles or spaghetti
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
  • 1 tablespoon hoisin sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1⁄2 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1 teaspoon cornstarch
  • 1⁄4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil, divided
  • 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 to 3 green onions, chopped, reserve some for garnish
  • 2 cups mixed vegetables like shredded cabbage, and sliced carrots
  • Sesame seeds for garnish, optional
