Caramel Banana Tart
Ingredients
  • Base
  • 2 pkts Arnotts granita biscuits
  • 250g melted butter
  • Caramel
  • 200g butter
  • 200g soft brown sugar
  • 2 cans condensed milk
  • cream
  • Bananas
Steps
  1. Base
  2. Blend biscuits and add melted butter, place in tin and let it set for at least an hour.
  3. Caramel Sauce
  4. Melt butter then add sugar making sure it has completely dissolved before adding the condensed milk, continue to stir for up to 10 minutes without bringing to the boil. Set aside to cool then add to biscuit base to set. Once set add banana and cream on top
