  • ½ cup red wine
  • 1 egg beaten
  • Bread crumbs for bottom of casserole dish

  • ½ cup unsalted butter
  • ½ cup plus 1 tablespoon flour
  • 3 cups whole milk
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • ½ teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 egg yolks
