5 Syns cheesecake style dessert

Ingredients
  • 300gm fat free cottage cheese blitzed
  • 250 gms tub  natural Quark
  • 120 gms Fromage  Frais
  • 25 gms custard powder 2 syns
  • 6 level tablespoons Sukrin 1    Syns 3 (or any granulated sweetener such as Splenda )
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 eggs
Steps
  1. Mix the blitzed cottage cheese, Quark and Fromage Frais with a mixer I use my Kitchen Aid Mixer. mix the custard powder with the Sukrin 1 or Splenda and add to the mix combine well. Add the vanilla extract and the eggs and mix gently ensuring they’re all combined pour into a lined
  2. 7 inch push or spring form cake  tin and bake in the oven at 180 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes middle should have a slight wobble. Cool at room temperature in the tin then put in the fridge for about 4 hours, remove from the tin and serve.
  3. I cooked mine in my Instant Pot with 250 mls  water and used the long handled trivet cover the tin with foil or I use a silicone topper cook on manual 25 mins and NPR cool as above.
