Instant Pot Pearl Barley

Ingredients
  • 1 ½ cups Pearl Barley
  • 3 cups Chicken Broth*
  • 1 tsp salt
Steps
  1. Rinse & drain barley
  2. Add barley, broth & salt to the Instant Pot, stir.
  3. Cook on High Pressure (Manual or Pressure Cook) for 25 mins.
  4. 15 min Natural Pressure Release.
Notes
  • *I used homemade chicken broth that I didn't add salt to. If you use canned broth don't add the teaspoon of salt.
