  • ½ cup parsley fresh, finely chopped
  • ¼ cup apple cider vinegar
  • ¼ cup apple juice
  • 1 tablespoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon pepper
  • ½ cup olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
