  • 450ml heavy whipping cream  (with at least 36~40% fat)
  • 225ml fresh milk (heat up 100ml to dissolve beet root powder and brown sugar, remaining 125ml mixed with whipping cream)
  • 100g brown sugar
  • 1 tsp pure vanilla extract  (I used vanilla bean extract with seeds)
  • 15g beet root powder
